Rocket Man?

Can this Elton John impersonator (N.C. State's Chuck Amato) tag Coach Woody and his Florida State Seminoles with another loss tonight? Here are some fun facts, courtesy of the Orlando Sentinel:

"We'll just let the numbers speak for Amato. In the six years since he took over at his alma mater, Amato is 3-3 against Bowden. In each case, the Wolfpack were unranked and FSU was favored and ranked -- 10th (in 2001), 14th (in '02) and ninth (in '05). Last season, NC State won in Tallahassee, holding FSU's offense to one touchdown in a 20-15 upset. Two of FSU's victories have come in uncomfortable fashion, too: In 2003, the 13th-ranked Seminoles needed two overtimes, and in '04, they rallied in the second half to win by a touchdown."

Here's another fun fact, er, statement from Coach Amato: "(Florida State’s offense is) a time bomb waiting to explode." I think he's right, and I think Woody is fine. Maybe the Pack make things interesting for a quarter or two, but FSU's defense will shut them down. N.C. State is not Clemson. College Football News sounds about right with their 16-7 prediction. CFN is also picking the Horned Frogs to bounce back against Utah, so Coach Woody may reach Friday unscathed.
