That pic even has bleachers in the endzone. That wasn't too long ago though when those were there. What, 4-5 years?
The more I look at that photo, the more I am amazed. None of the development around Memorial Gym had happened when that photo was taken. The street, 25th Avenue I think, is much farther from the gym's front door than it is now, and there are houses right beside the building. There's no parking garage, and I think even the West End Holiday Inn isn't there yet. Wow.
You're right that the bleachers haven't been gone very long. Probably around 2000 or 2001, I think.
